About Us

Rockdale City Suns was formed in 1969. We are a proud community based club that represents the St. George district, and our local community, in the highest level of football in NSW. We are proud of our achievements and continue to strive to be the best at everything we do. our growth over the years has seen the club branch out to include our senior setup who compete in the NPL NSW Men’s 1 competition, our youth who compete in the NPL NSW Boy’s 1 competition, the Skill Acquisition Program, and we also field over 35 teams in our locally run SGFA competitions.

Based out of the Ilinden Sports Centre within Bicentennial Park, a football specific complex, we compete in the famous red and black stripes that have been the hallmark of Rockdale teams for decades.
